These tutorials address some of the advanced features of QuantumCMS, or features that are generally not a part of basic content management.
- Custom Forms
- QuantumCMS includes a tool called the Custom Form Builder that allows you to create simple response forms and surveys.
- Viewing Reports
- Using the Report Generator, you can view reports for recent page activity, custom form submissions, and commerce data (if applicable).
- Security
- The Security screen can be used in two ways: 1) to manage which Public users can view a page on the front end or 2) to manage which Authoring users can edit the page in QuantumCMS.
- Managing Users and Roles
- How to add and manage users and roles to your website.
- Editing Site Details
- Users who have permission to manage the web site have the ability to control properties at the site level. This tutorial gives you an overview of each of the fields within the details and marketing tabs of the site properties.
- Adding a Site Property
- Site Properties may be used in a variety of ways by page templates or custom applications. Consult your custom documentation for properties associated with your custom features and applications.
- Adding a Site-wide Linked Page
- When built into the template, Site-wide Linked Pages allow you to display links to and content from other pages within the website.
- Recording a Note
- Notes can be added to pages within QuantumCMS and are intended for use by Content Authors managing the site. Notes are not displayed on the Public site.
- Adding an XML Document
- XML may used by page templates or custom applications in a variety of ways. Consult your custom documentation for instructions specifically for your site.
- Adding an Application
- Administrators can register custom applications built for QuantumCMS. These applications can then be attached to an individual page by adding them through a page's Applications section.
