As experts in the technologies needed to make a site work, and also as designers who understand how users interact with web sites, we have the ability to ensure that all sites powered by QuantumCMS meet some stringent requirements right out of the gate.

By default, QuantumCMS-powered sites use templates that validate to the HTML 4.01 or XHTML 1.0 specifications, Cascading Style Sheets Levels 1 and 2, and meet at least Level A compliance of the Web Accessibility Initiative, all outlined by the World Wide Web Consortium. This helps ensure that sites powered by QuantumCMS are cross-browser and cross-platform. This also ensures that governmental guidelines (Section 508 in the U.S., for example) for accessibility are met simply by powering your site with QuantumCMS.
