Jaeckle Fleischmann launched its new web site on QuantumCMS, allowing them to manage practice groups, attorneys, newsletters, and content through one interface. Jaeckle authors can associate press releases, news articles, events and publications with individual practice groups and/or attorneys. The site was imported from another content management system, allowing Jaeckle site authors to retain all content and links between content without the need to re-author the entire site.

Attorneys each have a page listing a full biography, and linking them to their practice areas, as well as any news or publications featuring the attorney. In addition, each attorney has all his or her contact information available online as a vCard -- an electronic business card that can be used by Microsoft Outlook or other contact management software.

QuantumCMS is also used to manage Jaeckle's email newsletters. Using a customized template, Jaeckle site authors can construct an email newsletter from content on the site, allowing them to re-use existing content and save time on each email blast. These email newsletters are stored on the site for users who cannot see them via email, as well as for archival purposes.

Jaeckle even uses their QuantumCMS site as an employee extranet, allowing staff to access information and resources while away from the office.
