Branding Buffalo Niagara Using QuantumCMS

In March 2006, Buffalo Niagara Enterprise (BNE) launched a fresh, updated branding campaign, including its new QuantumCMS-powered web site. The campaign's focal point is a new tag line for the Buffalo Niagara region - "Where Life Works." The new QuantumCMS site contains a powerful brand position designed to strike an emotional chord with BNE's primary target audience of site selectors and corporate real estate executives. BNE launched the new web site as part of this brand push, using it as the central repository of all things Buffalo Niagara.

The site provides information on the region's lifestyle, business climate, partnering opportunities, as well as demographic and study results for those interested in learning more about the area. Built on QuantumCMS 3.0 from a design crafted by BNE's very own design team, the site even boasts the ability to host pages for partner organizations -- managed by BNE staff. In addition, the site has an investor extranet, allowing investors and board members to stay on top of the latest notes, minutes, and other materials.

Within the BNE site, visitors who live or work in the region are encouraged to download a Buffalo Niagara Branding Kit. This kit helps businesses promote Buffalo Niagara using marketing materials managed through the web site.
